Are you at risk for diabetes, heart disease and other chronic diseases? It’s important to know! Join us for our annual health fair. We will be offering FREE health screenings to include: Body Composition, Body Mass Index, Blood Glucose, Cholesterol, Triglycerides and Blood Pressure.
Please make sure not to eat or drink anything for 12 hours prior to your tests for accurate results. Body composition is a skin fold test- must wear shorts and t-shirt for this test. A free breakfast will also be provided along with healthcare displays, giveaways and much more.
