Difficulty Making Payments
Cumberland Memorial Hospital's Patient Accounts Department will provide counseling to any patient and their family who are experiencing difficulty in meeting payment obligations. If you are unable to make a payment when due, please contact our Patient Financial Services Representative at 715-822-6222 as soon as you receive your billing statement. Charity care or a monthly payment schedule can be arranged based on your financial resources. Accounts that are not paid upon the due date, and for which no special arrangements have been made, may be referred to a collection agency.
