Nutrition Services Department creates nutritious and delicious meals under the direction of Susan Rouzer, RD, CD, a registered dietitian and Kathi Lindquist, a Certified Dietary Manager. The highest quality is provided to patients and residents.
Hospitalized patients are visited each morning by a member of the Nutrition Services staff to assist with making meal choices. Extended Care Unit residents make daily menu choices in the dining room. Residents receive individualized assistance and support for their dietary needs and preferences to ensure variety and promotion of good nutrition.
Mealtimes: Breakfast – 7:30 am, Noon – 12:00 pm, Evening – 5:00 pm
Guest Trays: May be purchased by contacting Nutrition Services prior to meal service. Cost of Guest Trays is $5.00. Please call the kitchen at 822-6146 one hour in advance so enough food is prepared.
Holiday Meals: May be purchased for the same price as a guest tray. There is a maximum number of guests which can be accommodated so please book early to assure your place.
